Drawing & Painting
A selection of mostly traditional artwork with an occasional digital painting. Media used includes acrylic, oil, pencil, ink, watercolor, charcoal, and others.
Photography
Mostly digital photographs. Post processing using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is used. Common subjects include the local Iowa Great Lakes community, wildlife and nature scenery, and portraits.
Web & Graphic Design
For over 10 years I have been creating effective advertisements, websites, and visual content for publishing. I utilize all current graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Quark and inDesign.
Illustration
My past illustration subjects have ranged from story-based illustration to technical and biological reference illustrations. Media used includes traditional materials such as pen and ink, watercolor and pencil as well as digital image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
